220.50 motors

Calculating a multifamily dwelling. I remember a 25% increase added for the largest motor. Does that increase happen only once or is it per unit?
 
If I understand the question the 1.25 x code motor amps is for sizing the wire to feed the motor and the breaker /fuse size.. 25% of the largest motor would be added for the service load calc for each dwelling unit
