That's not what I got, but I'm old!Am I correct that, using Table 220.55, the Standard method, the demand for (30) 15 kw ranges would be 47kw ??
There should be a table like this in the NEC.Agreed...
Here is a small table
I got the 51.75 too but wasn't sure enough to post it. I've never had to figure for that amount of ranges. That makes sense (I had only increased the 15kw x 1.15 and knew something was wrong)
Great Table.
It is the same as one range. The difference is the demand factor but everything else is the same.I got the 51.75 too but wasn't sure enough to post it. I've never had to figure for that amount of ranges.
I am sure you are talking about dwelling unit single phase ranges. Are they being installed on a single phase system or are they being installed on a three phase system?Am I correct that, using Table 220.55, the Standard method, the demand for (30) 15 kw ranges would be 47kw ??
Normally a question like this is assumed to be single phase residential. If the wanted 3 phase the question would normally state 3 phaseI am sure you are talking about dwelling unit single phase ranges. Are they being installed on a single phase system or are they being installed on a three phase system?
