My location has a kitchen that they make food in but I would call it more of a store than a restaurant.

It's sort of a grey area, but I'd think the demand factors in T220.56 would still apply -

I agree with Dale. Tha section excludes air conditioning and even though a walk in cooler does cooling I still think it is included in T. 220.56. Article 220.56 does not exclude refrigeration or coolers so you should be good to go.
