220.82- 120/208v question

When using this method and my main service coming in is single phase 120/208v , at the end of the calculation do we still divide the watts by 240v ? or a lesser voltage
 
No you would divide by 208v unless it was 3 phase then it would divided by 360v. Since you have single phase then it is divided by 208v
