I am working off a sub-panel that is not bonded and has its own ground that goes to a ground rod.(y)

I need clarification on how to ground the box without using a pigtail.

This seems overkill, but maybe to avoid code issues at a later time. I am currently thinking of:
  1. Using 3/4" conduit- 50ft
  2. Run four wires, #6 THHN, Black, Red, Green, Bare Copper
  3. Hook Black, Red, and Green to Receptacle
  4. Hook Bare Copper to metallic boxes using a green ground screw
  5. Of course, then connect Bare Copper and Green to the Ground Bar at the Panel.
  6. Connect Black and Red to 220 50amp Breaker.

Thought or Comments?
