I've had some discussions regarding if article 225.31 applies to a residential shed containing one circuit. I believe the shed should contain a disconnecting means per 225.31 for the circuit, am I correct?

Thanks

A simple toggle switch would suffice for a single circuit or MWBC.

It's seldom done but, IMO, it needs to be a MWBC with a toggle switch to meet 210.52(G), 210.70, 225.30 &225.36

Well, Ricky, I mis-spoke (sounds better than I was "wrong")..I was thinking of detached GARAGES.
When 210.11(C)(4) was added to the Code it required a dedicated circuit for detached garage receptacle outlets with no other outlets. 210.70 requires lighting so my statement is valid for detached garages but not accessory buildings.
Thank you for looking over my shoulder.
