Customer has now requested to have this 225kva transformer trapeze mounted in the structural bar joist of building is this possible any way with out damaging the transformer and building structure

You ought to ask the architect and structural engineer and probably have the mounting approved by them, maybe even need a stamped drawing depending on local rules. As for damage to the transformer.... if it falls, that'll damage it.

ETA- don't forget a proper-sized lift to get the transformer in place while you attach the hangers, this is not something to be cheap about.

I will modify zbang by saying You NEED to get a directive in writing that the structure will support it. Not optional t cover your butt.
 
Floor mounted simply means it cannot be wall mounted.

If you build a suitable floor structure12' in the air, the transformer won't know the difference. It is up to the customer to provide guidance on the structural portions of their request.
I certainly wouldn't be doing this as a DIY install.
