Nec 2014 Article 230.40 exception no. 1 if one set of service entrance conductors are run to each occupancy from one service drop, one service lateral then each main service disconnect would be spread apart in its occupants space from each service entrance conductors run to occupant supplied by one service and this leads to question how can Nec 2014 Article 230.72(A) grouping of main service disconnect of all occupants be satisfied? 230.72(A)(1) has no exception in above situation.

It mentions 230.71. Read that. Note it doesn't say "all service disconnecting means", it says "for each set of service entrance conductors....."

Nec 2014 Article 230.40 Exception No.1 does not mention 230.72 grouping of those disconnect. How can it lets say one service drop supply multiple service entrance conductors run over roof and dropped in each occupant and you can have service disconnect in occupants nearest point of entrance of service entrance conductors but those service disconnect would not be grouped since they are in separate occupant's space.

Oh what is 230.71?

Because you DON'T have to group all service disconnects. You just have to group all of the disconnects that are served by a set of service entrance conductors (except exception #2 which is left out in 230.71).
Electrofelon my buddy thank you :) each service entrance is like its own service then for 230.40 exception no. 1
