A drawing was submitted to POCO for approval showing Existing MDP with over head CTs for monitoring power feeding a new ATS that will power a circuit being feed thru and from the MDP. Basically the feeder will come out and then go back in MDP and tie into the circuit the circuitit was originally intended. The POCO rep is using 230.7 as the reason for rejection. Does anyone see or hear anything wrong with installation?

If it's a feeder, 230.7 would not be involved but, then again, neither should POCO (unless they are interested in the ATS)>
