The customer wants to install a 200 amp panel across the house from the meter base. So I will plan to install a emergency service disconnect outside with the meter. I going to install a meter socket load center with 200 amp breaker that has feed thru lugs. I have looked through the code book but couldn't find if I could use a main lug only panel in the house since my disconnect/ocpd will be outside? Or does the panel inside the house also need a main breaker. With adding the emergency service disconnect this now makes the panel inside a sub panel. Thx
