230v float switch for 120v pump

Hello,

I purchased a float switch and did not realize I purchase the 230v model (Dohhh!). I can't find any tech support from the company Dayton.

Anyone have experience with these? can I rewire the plug to 120v? both pump and outlet are 120 (switch is setup for 120v).

I think you need to return that float and get the correct one.
