I'm in a project in which we have double ended 13.8kv switchgear has two sctions each section has 10 Vacuum circuit breakers,

Does this section apply to 13.8kv?

I think article 240.100 or part IX applies to over 1000V

So, I've not seen any limitation for breakers number.
