240v elements on 480v supply

Let's say without a choice in the matter, I'm getting a thermoform machine, which has a hot zone created by a few dozen 2ft lengths of resistive coiled wire. The PO said he had it hooked up to a 3-phase 240v 200amp breaker. We have a huge supply of 3-phase 480v power, but our transformers for 240v are only 100amp.

Is there any semi-simple way to use our 480v supply, or am I just looking at buying a bigger transformer? The stupidest question I can come up with is, what happens if I just hook up 480 and turn the elements on? Quick fireworks show?
