I need to provide 3 Phase 240v power & single phase 240v power from a 480y/277v system. Do I need to provide (2) separate transformers to achieve this ?

I assume the 3 Phase Delta 240v transformer would not have a neutral to provide 240v single phase ?

Many thanks in advance for any responses received.

Why would you need a neutral for single phase 240? Just any two phases of 240 Delta. If you mean 120/240 single phase, you'd have to use a 240 4 Wire Delta transformer bank with one center tapped 240 transformer. The center tapped transformer may have to be larger if the load required it.

The only concern that I would have if you do use a single 3ph transformer that with a single phase load there is the possibility of unbalancing the transformer.
Please note that you are asking for a simple answer, can you or can't you. If one were to simply say that you can use a single transformer such an answer would be incorrect should you have a large single phase loan which would make the answer he wrong.
