24v dc

I need to install some 24volt dc receptacles and switches in a off grid house.
There is 120/240v in the house from an inverter.
Has anyone come a cross this, what have u used for receptacles.

Anything different, like twist-locks or another, incompatible configuration.

Perhaps treat it like an RV but they are 12 volt

I am bit curious why they picked 24 volts. Are plenty of items for 12 volts and they use cig. lighter sockets mostly. Voltage drop would be huge issue
