This tells me the what and how. But why does an insulated conductor used to bond metal water pipe when installed in a ferrous raceway according to 250.64 (E) need to bond both ends of the raceway.

The next question, would be if one end was a myers hub, would that satisfy that end?

The other end would be 6’ away and be an LB. For this reason I am using PVC.
I would prefer emt.

Just curious.

Does anyone have Mike Holts grounding and bonding bible? Is it worth the investment?

Thank you for your replies!

This is an issue of the inductive reactance that acts to limit the current flow where a single conductor of an ac circuit is run through a ferrous raceway. The insulation has nothing to do with this issue.
