Should 250.104(B) include metal tubing as well as metal piping? Would this be a worthwhile code change? Is it important to you?

I was thinking tubing such as 3/8 flexible copper.

Re: 250.104

Ryan,
My online dictionary says:
"PIPING : a long tube or hollow body for conducting a liquid, gas, or finely divided solid or for structural purposes"
That seems to cover anything that the code wants to have bonded.

Ryan,

We know the plumbing code makes a distinction between tubing and piping, but it would be a mistake to use the plumbing definitions for electrical code enforcement.
