If I run #2 cu. for a 100 amp circuit, do I need to upsize my EGC to a #6? I'd say yes...

Next question is, how many actually do this?:grin:

In most case yes.

I do.

I also have been known to run 2 AWG EGC for 30 amp site lighting circuits because the circuit conductors where 2 AWG.
