hello ,
in this section it is talking about Grounded transformers so it is already have connection between Neutral and the grounding electrode at the transformer location ,but here code asked for additional connection ,
so i want ask first what outside building means ?
is the transformer of the utility on a pole in the street is outside building ? and its Neutral is already connected to electrode so what i the additional connection ? he needs a second connection or a second electrode at the transformer so we will have 3 =2 at transformer +1 at the service ?
if i the utility transformer is outside my building but inside a room in the street ?
if the transformer is inside my building in a pole or in a room for it ?
