In a panelboard (service), if I install a ground bar to the enclosure for extra space that is needed for the equipment grounds, would I need a main bonding jumper from the neutral bar to the ground bar or would the bond screw be sufficient? What if I want to take grounded conductors to the added ground bar?

The enclosure cannot be used as a path for the neutral current so an EGC bar mounted to the enclosure cannot be used to terminate neutral conductors.

If you put only EGCs in the bus bar than the bond screw(s) are sufficient. If you wish to put grounded conductors in it than a properly sized wire jumper or other approved method for connecting the two busses will be needed. The enclosure cannot be used for neutral current.

Edit: typed too slow.
