In 250.52(B)(3), would that means items in 680.26(b)(1),(2) shall not be connected directly to GEC system?

Likely more than one opinion.
It does not say that.. it says the 680 bonding system shall not be used as an electrode but I don't see anything prohibiting the connection.
I do question why one would want to make that connection sine the two systems are serving entirely different functions.

While the code does say we can't use (count) the 680 bonding system as a grounding electrode, it is physically connected to the electrical grounding system, via the pool equipment EGCs, and will act as a grounding electrode.

I don't think electrons can understand the rules found in the NEC, they have their own rules that they follow
