While the code does say we can't use (count) the 680 bonding system as a grounding electrode, it is physically connected to the electrical grounding system, via the pool equipment EGCs, and will act as a grounding electrode....
It does not say that.. it says the 680 bonding system shall not be used as an electrode but I don't see anything prohibiting the connection. ...
