What is the approximate area for 1100 kcmil CU? Chapter 9 jumps from 1000 to 1250. EX: Approximate area for 2-500 is larger than the same area for 1000 but smaller than 1250. How can you interpolate this?

Not sure I understand the question, what are you trying to interpolate? What in your installation is 1100 kcmil?

The conductor area for the application of Table 250.66 for conductors larger than 4/0 is the KCMIL area. You simply add the KCMIL of the paralleled conductors to apply Table 250.66.

Circular mil is a unit of area.

2 x 500 is 1000 last I knew.
