Several regulations related to shipboard electrical systems have an out-of-date reference to NEC 250.95. I have a 1993 NEC, and can see that that article is now in 250.122. But I don't have a copy of 1996 or 1999 handy. Can anyone tell me when the EGC rules were moved?

On an side issue, does anyone know why they were moved?

Article 250 was completely rewritten in the 99 Code to make it more "user friendly".
