250.97

NEC 250.97 I have 480/277V three phase system. In switchboard let’s say I drill hole to put metallic conduit in so that they are right size. So there are no knockouts being used. Would I still have to follow 250.97?

Yes of course... but most likely the exception would apply to you and you’ll have to use the permissible methods listed under that.
