277/480 volts hybrid inverters and Battery storage options

I know Sol ark-60 kw hybrid inverters with bunch of other battery partners , Is there other brand of inverters that can do the above systems?
ALso would like to know if there is any exception UNDER california BUILDING CODE 2022 not to have storgae but only solar? the new constructed building falls under Medical Building.

we do residential mostly and they dont require for residential but for commercial the code says yes. i was thikining if there is some kind of exception?

There are some exceptions. Also I could be wrong but I believe that using the 'performance' approach one can possibly get out of all the 'prescriptive' requirements. But I'm not expert on the energy code.
