277 Volt Lighting Mounting Heights

I have a NEC Code Question that I have not been able to find an answer for in the code. What is the minimum allowable mounting height for 277 volt lighting and where is this found in the code? The installation is for industrial and commercial applications.

There is not a minimum height for 277V luminaires, how ever there is for over 277V.

Several years ago, like maybe 1981 NEC or so, there were some minimum height restrictions on 277V. ltg., but believe roger is correct.
