277V GFI protection required

The inspector on one of our jobs that is about to end is now requiring GFCI protection to a 277 Volt lightinging circuit around a pool.
A 277V Pass though GFI does not exist nor does a 277V GFI breaker. Any suggestions short of bringing in a 120 V circuit?:-?
 
art. 680.22 makes no mention of voltage. Seems like some designer screwed up here. Sounds like a change out to 120V is the solution.
