277v Heating Elements

So I have 3 277v 450w heating elements to be installed to a 480 v 3 phase industrial dryer.

Voltage between each phase is obviously 480, and phase to common is 277. I would connect 1 side of each element to its own phase but is it safe to connect the remaining wires to the same common?
