277v track lighting with 0-10 dimming. Turning on but going dim after 10 minutes

We have a track lighting system with a current limiter. There are 5 sections all on their own independent circuits with their own 111 room controllers. 4 of the sections are jumped together with cat 5 and controlled by a 108 switch. One section controlled by the 108 switch goes dim after about 10 minutes. They turn off and on and u can force them bright but after about 5-10 minutes that sectioj goes dim no matter what time of day. I should add there is a photo cell involved. Any insight?

Hold tight there are one or two here that work on that stuff. Has it worked that way since setup?
