I need to do a 1 hr takeoff for a 28 unit row house total rewire. Prob 800 amp residential gangable meters, totaly gutted. Basement open, 2 story, each apt 900 sq ft.

This is for an invester bidding at auction and just needs some rough numbers. I came up with $120,000-$150,000 so far. Am i in the ballpark fellow sparkies?
