So RHH/RHW-2 is the same cable(dual rating) sort of like THHN/THWN?

Yes. Are you using this for a fire pump in EMT? That stuff is horrible to pull in a raceway.

You might find some with only one rating but most is RHH-RHW-2 and often USE-2 added
Simplified manufacturing and warehousing.

The OP needs to be aware that if he is trying to achieve a 2 hour fire rating with this there is more to it that just simply installing this in EMT as there are all kinds of requirements for how the raceway is installed. In other words, it has to to be installed as a "system" complying with UL FHIT.
