Where does the code allow or disallow a second riser connected to the same service drop, situation is a 2 fam house that needs a house meter, the original can't be added to and it is cheaper and easier to install the house meter with it's own riser than a 3 gang. I am pretty sure it is allowed but can't find it right now. Thanks.
