It seems their are so many new high bay lights coming out. Every time I wire a warehouse. Their are new ones to choose from. What are you using. I need a lot of light with as few lights as possible.
Or do you use the round ones?
Dimmers not required. Using 120 volts. about 16 ft high in a shop. So they need light to work on things.

Partly depends on your budget. I recently wired a garage/auto shop using GE linear high bay. 137 watts and light output of 24000 lumens. This was a lot of bang for the buck, in my opinion

Price in the neighborhood of $500.00

They make them with a higher wattage than that also.

I’ve been using the Satco UFO round LED high bay; 28k lumens for under $150.

I’m going to put them in my farm shop to replace my T5HO’s when I have time.

I haven't installed any yet LED HB or LB fixtures yet in large quantity. A few retro fits.
But I'm partial to round fixtures, you don't have to square them off.
I've seen GE Albeo or similar ones. They do throw alot of light.

Yes, good point. I staggered them a bit last one I did. Worked out pretty good.

Pretty much all manufacturers, or their reps, will provide you with a photometric layout if you’ll send them a drawing of the space. I always take advantage of this as it saves me the time. If you’re unsure of what lighting levels you need for the space they can also give recommendations.
