Can you tell me if the 2002 NEC requires you to chain or use other means of support for a 2X2 lay in fixture. Please provide code section. Thanks

2002 NEC 410.16( C) Discusses Securing The Lay-In Fixture To The Ceiling Grid. I Believe Supports To Opposite Corners Are A Building Code Issue. Try These Two Building Codes For A Start 2000 IBC 1621.2.5 & 1997 UBC section 25.213.
