3 AWG Lug Crimp Die

All reasonably priced wire lug crimping tool sets do not include a 3 AWG die. They typically have 2 AWG and 4 AWG dies but not a 3 AWG die. Why do tool manufacturers skip the 3 AWG die, and is there a work around for this? Thank you.

any work around would probably violate manufacturers instructions. like using a next larger lug but wrap the wire with copper tape. that is a no no for sure.
if the #3 does not come in a set can you buy that one individually to add to your set?

Burndy always listed their white die for both 2 & 3.
