3 gang meter base

I dont do alot of 3 gang meter bases fed from overhead, almost everything in my area is fed from underground anymore and the utility company supplies the wire in the riser. If I am going to install one 200 amp panel and 2 100 amp panels on this meter base, do I need to figgure 400 amps and use 500 Kcmil or can I get away with 350? (copper)

to me, it's a situation that call for a load calculation, if you wish to use anything less than 500kcmil
