I've been told these cost in the hundreds - used, and more new. Is that right? If so i'll recommend a new panel.

You need to be way more specific, voltage, type, amps, trip units, EO or MO, DO or bolt in?? I sold a FP breaker for $55k last month and one for $108 yesterday.

You may want to rethink that. There are breaker sellers and legit companies that rebuild and test thier breakers to PEARL and NETA standards. Big difference if you don't have the means to test the breakers your self before putting them in service and taking liability. Read thier fine print.

Not wishing to rattle your cage, but I did some digging on their site and they claim that they do indeed test:

We are the nation's premier supplier of both new circuit breakers and obsolete circuit breakers. We only sell circuit breakers that are professionally reconditioned, tested, certified and guaranteed to perform - at our expense. You'll find out quickly why we've become the industry's first call for low and medium voltage distribution equipment.

They also offer online test reports.

Now are they testing to PEARL or NETA standards? I didn't dig that deep into their claims.

Besides, I'd buy from you anyway. :)
