Total load and size of branch circuit or feeder to supply this are not really the same thing. A single overcurrent device/ set of conductors supplying these loads would need to be able to handle the 83 amps on phase B. Total VA to plug into a service or feeder calculation may not be based on the 83 amps on the highest loaded phase but instead the actual VA of all three combined. You did not give a voltage so we can not tell the actual VA.
