3 PHASE 200VOLT

HELLO,
I am moving an older Hobart brand mixer. This mixer has a 3-phase 200V 5HP motor. Its new location has 3-phase 240V. Any possibility that this will work without a voltage reducer? And if so will it do damage to the existing motor? Any help is appreciated.
