3 phase 208 to single phase

The transformer feeding the building is 3 phase 3 wire 120/208 and we want to put 4 meters on the building single phase 2 wire 120/
208 single phase 2 wire to each meter can it be done??

Sure but the load won't be balanced on the phases so you would have to make sure the trany is large enough for the loaded phases.

AB BC AC then choose another...

Yes, and I've done it. (It will be four wires, like the guys said.) The voltage in each panel will be 120/208, not 120/240. so make sure all "220v" loads are rated for 208v also.

Try to make sure the two smallest loads are the ones that are connected to the same two phases. You can order a stack that way, or field-re-connect them yourself.

That is common. Take a 208Y/120V 3-phase 4-wire service and feed a meter rack. Each meter is "V"-phase meaning 120/208V 3-wire with 120V, 120V and 208V. This is a common installation in many apartments where the utility wants a 3-phase service and the tenants only need single-phase. Like mentioned above, make sure applicances are the 208V versions (water heater, range, oven, dryer, etc.).
