3 Phase 220v Panel

I'm looking to rent a commercial property and I'm confused by the power description.

I need to power multiple 415v power distribution units but the description on most listings say "3 Phase ±120/208V Electrical".

Does this mean I'm limited to 220v equipment, or is it's referring to two lines being 110v and one being 220v and therefore I can hookup 415v/3 phase equipment?

If someone could help me understand the lingo I'd appreciate it, I have to make sure I am looking for the right thing...
