3 phase 50A receptacle with ground and neutral

I have to install a dedicated 3 phase 208v 50 circuit for an industrial coffee maker, but I am having trouble finding a three phase 50A
twist lock with neutral. My supply house hasn't come up with anything. Any suggestions.

Look for a NEMA L21-50

Hard wire it?

Sounds like something that may possibly have permanent water connection and maybe even a drain connection as well. Might also need GFCI if cord and plug connected and 2017 NEC applies.
