I agree with Chris, but then I always ask why? Unless of course the breaker was already there, with everyone always screaming about cost, I would think it's cheaper to use the right breaker/disconnect.
Not just cheaper, but more professional (if you're installing these devices). I have to say it bothers me to see people do jobs with the wrong parts that "work" (as opposed to being done with the right parts for the job) just because they happen to have some old stock they want to use up.

I never met a spacer that I liked. I would rather use the breaker than put in spacers that fall out if someone removes the panel, etc.
