3 Phase Kilowatts - Per Phase

If I have a 60kW-3 phase heater load, how many kilowatts will be going through each one of the 3 phases?

The word "phase" is overloaded and can have different meanings. But as long as you stick with one particular meaning, then by symmetry it will be 60/3 = 20 kW.
