For a 3 phace load calculation i divide a total demand by 360.?
My ac loads are on 100% name plate ratings?

First question, yes, if 1) your load calculation result is in VA... not kVA or some other unit, and 2) your system is 208Y/120V.

Second question, load calculations generally use the nameplate ratings, but motor loads are an example where there is not true.
