For us here in UK, three phase LV is 400V and we would use a 400V coil. If additional control gear is required we may go 110Vac.

Yes you can get 208 volt coils for the most popular motor contactors over here. Some are even rated 208-240 volts.

Most product lines have 120, 208, 240 (or 208-240), 277, 347, 480 and 600 volts as well as 24 AC and DC maybe even 12 VDC available and in some cases even other voltages
 
Any other starters on site?
If yes might want to use the same stuff, helps the mro on parts.
