3 phase question

I need to place a cord and cap on a mixer that is three phase 208v. The manual that comes with the mixer requires a "four prong grounding polarized Hubble # 3431-G plug" attached to a SO cord. When I look it up on a NEMA chart, I four blades marked W,X,Y, and Z. I don't see a "G". Is this a grounding plug?
The mixer is on a metal stand. I'm worried about all the metal parts.

on the mixer read continuity from the metal stand to the plug on it. That will tell you which one is the ground. then just make sure you use the same prong on the cord cap.

Looking at the Hubbell Catalog, the 3431 is non-Nema 4pole 4 w 30 amp.
It is not a grounding receptacle or cap.
That said, if you used the "W" as your ground, there would probaly be no problem as long as the plug (male) has no exposed metal..it appears not to...
From a liability standpoint, i would recommend changing to the correct NEDMA configueration.

The W is for "white, and the X, Y, and Z are for the line conductors.

Note the "replacement use only devices" heading. That's probably due to the ban on using the neutral for bonding.
