Does an unbalance 3 phase load lets you pay more in electric bills than an equivalent single phase?(Assume the same load and metering is on the secondary side of the transformer,i.e. you don't pay for the losses of the transformer).
How about the demand charge? Should you be paying more if operating a three phase unbalance load than an equivalent single phase load.
Assume that all loads are single phase whether 3 phase or 1 phase supply and neglect any voltage drop.
