3 Phase XFMR Feeding Single Phase Load

I have a situation where I'm looking to power a Level 2 Car Charger. The charger takes 208V or 240V AC Single-phase: L1, L2 and earth. There is not enough capacity in the local 120/208V Panel to feed the charger, but there is a 400A 480V panel with capacity. The plan is to feed a 30kVA XFMR and then feed the charger from the secondary side through a 100A disconnect with 80A fuses.
Is there any issue with using a 3 Phase XFMR to feed a single phase load, leaving the 3rd leg of the XFMR unused?

Thank you Larry!
Funny how we let our experience get in the way of critical thinking. I've never seen or used a single phase XFMR, I've always worked on 3 phase systems, and didn't even think of using a single phase XFMR :slaphead:

There COULD be an issue with balancing of the load on the 3 phase source, but really, there's not much you can do about that other than to carefully investigate your load balancing on the 3 phase system now and use the least loaded of the 3 phases.
