Can you transition from a 4” Rigid conduit to a 3” using an RE with an Erickson. I don’t I’ve ever seen this before in my career so there’s always a first for everything.

Yes but it will be difficult pulling towards the smaller pipe.

Thanks. This job was for the power and grounding electrode conductors for a roof-top cell site atop an older 10-story apartment building. The feeder was 120/240v, 1ph and I think the GEC was 250 mcm.
The old conduits were for the building's original service, and still had the old weatherheads on them, and the old copper wires still in them ($), through the wall to a large pull-box in the basement ceiling.
The original plans called for me to make new holes in the foundation wall. I suggested this alternative, the cell contractor asked the building owner, everyone loved the idea, and I saved us a ton of work.
